How is this different from the self-paced Business Systems Accelerator?

The Systems Champion Academy includes everything in our self-paced program but adds live expert support, implementation guidance, and a professional community. Our supported implementation path typically helps businesses achieve results 2-4x faster than self-paced learning alone. You get real-time feedback, can troubleshoot challenges immediately, and benefit from the collective experience of our expert community.

What if I don't have a Systems Champion yet?

Don’t worry – this is a common starting point for many businesses! If you haven’t formally identified your Systems Champion yet, you might actually be that person without realizing it. We’ll provide you with all the resources needed to either identify someone within your team or hire the right person for the role. Our program includes complete hiring guides, job descriptions, and even strategies for leveraging offshore talent if that’s a better fit for your business.

Can other team members join the program?

Yes! While the program is designed primarily for the business owner and their Systems Champion, we understand the value of having additional team members involved in the systemization journey. Additional team members from the same organization can join for $1,000 per person. This is only available in conjunction with a full fee-paying membership and has proven incredibly valuable for businesses building a strong systems culture.

What if we already tried systemizing and failed?

Perfect – you’re actually our ideal client. We’ve specifically designed our program to overcome the common pitfalls that cause most systemization efforts to fail. Our “Resistance-Proof” protocol ensures successful implementation, even if previous attempts have failed.

When do the live implementation sprints run?

We run our live Systems Champion sprints three times throughout the year, typically starting in February, June, and September. The program consists of bi-weekly calls over a 3-month period, carefully structured to maintain momentum while allowing time for implementation between sessions. Contact our team for specific dates and times of upcoming cohorts.

What's covered in the live implementation sprints?

The program is a comprehensive 12-week journey that transforms your Systems Champion into a systems implementation expert. Starting with foundations and core principles, we progress through each stage of the SYSTEMology framework. You’ll learn everything from AI-powered documentation techniques to building a systems-driven culture. Each bi-weekly session combines live training, implementation guidance, and real-world application. The program concludes with a private one-on-one session to ensure you have a clear path forward.

What happens at the end of 12 months?

This is up to you! You’re always welcome to stay within the Systems Champion Academy. While we do have a minimum 12 month commitment for the first year, following this you simply go month to month. Stay for as long as you’re getting value from the program.

Can I switch between different program levels?

Yes! We offer three program tiers to support your business journey:

SYSTEMologist Certification (Advanced certification)

All programs require an initial 12-month commitment before transitioning to month-to-month. During your commitment period, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Many businesses start with our Business Systems Accelerator and upgrade to the Systems Champion Academy when they’re ready for more support and faster implementation.
