AnimoCORE helps small business owners optimise their work processes by deploying systems that improve everyday business operations.
Founded by Ksenija Frelih in November 2020, AnimoCORE derives its name from Animo, which means ‘mind,’ and Core, which means ‘structure’ in Latin.

The Challenges
Even though Ksenija had a comfortable 9 to 5 corporate job, she was always helping her friends and acquaintances systemise their businesses as a side hustle.
With hands-on knowledge about process improvement methodologies like ‘Six Sigma’ and ‘ISO 9001’, she was able to successfully implement these techniques and help her clients.
However, she soon realised that this could never be a one-size-fits-all solution, and she needs to dig deep.
“Six sigma or lean methodologies can help optimise manufacturing processes and speed up production facilities, but do not save small business owners from looking into the day-to-day operations.”
“I quickly realised that this approach is not suitable for all businesses, especially for small ones, because it takes too much time to implement it.”
She was also looking for a more straightforward and user-friendly business solution, which led to quick results for her clients.
The Solution
Ksenija came across SYSTEMology® certification, which resonated with her needs, and she decided to give it a shot.
After the course, Ksenija was better equipped to add value to businesses as an expert SYSTEMologist®. Three new clients were already added to her kitty even before the end of the certification.
She was able to bring to her clients’ attention the differences between Six Sigma or Lean methodologies and a structured systems approach to small business. While the prior undoubtedly helped optimise their business processes, the latter gave them free wings to pursue other promising fields by freeing them from the day-to-day operations of running the business.
